If you are a seasoned automotive technician or just getting started, you know having a broad list of services to offer makes it easier to attain and continue to retain jobs. The easiest and cheapest service to add is Heel Pad installation.
Heel Pads are vinyl mats that cover up and/or protect from holes made in the floorboard from shoes. You will mostly find them under the accelerator pedal. They come in 24 different colors and 4 different sizes so there's a heel pad for every vehicle on the market.

Applying them is super easy to do. Simply use a razor to trim down the carpet where the Heel Pad will go, apply a strong adhesive (ex. 3M 90) to both the carpet and the Heel Pad, and then press it in place. That's all it takes!
Some Extra Tips!
- Heel Pads are made of vinyl so you can change the color of them. Simply prep with SEM Vinyl Prep and then coat using SEM Color Coat.
