Directions:

1. Tape and mask off to protect from overspray.
2. Clean with Safelights Lens Cleaner to remove the yellow oxidation from the surface.
3. Remove corroded film from the headlight. (For lightly yellowed headlights start with 600 grit sandpaper, for heavily yellowed and clouded headlights begin with 320 grit sandpaper.)
4. Ensure complete remove of the old film. Finish with 800 or 1000 grit to even out sanding scratches. Use only sandpaper 1000 grit and below.
   
5.  Wipe the surface down with a clean lint free towel.
6. Apply a coat of Headlight 2k Clear, evenly 6-8 inches away from surface.
7. Wait (flash) between layers: 5 minutes in 65 -75F (18-24C) ambient temperature;
   3-4 minutes in 80F (26C) and above.
8. Apply a wet 2nd coat.
9. Wait approximately 20 minutes to be dust free.
